EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
TO THE PRESIDENT & CEO
This position is anticipated to be full time (32 hours per week). For the right candidate, hours could be adjusted to a part time schedule (maintaining year round status).
Reporting to the President and CEO, the Executive Assistant is an important role with a variety of administrative responsibilities, such as: acting as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients and key stakeholders, preparing presentations and reports, collating information for Board and Committee meetings, coordinating meeting schedules, organizing meeting set up and taking meeting minutes.
This role requires someone with executive administrative experience and the ability to work in a professional and confident manner; within a flexible environment. With exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with digital proficiency, the successful candidate will be extremely organized, with strong attention to detail and time management.
